2 families near Rutland VT- SEEKING TURKEY EGGS for incubating

Hello all,
Brand new, wet-behind-the-ears member here....
We are looking for about 20-30 Turkey eggs, we have a friend who has an incubator and the knowhow to hatch them, I am setting up a LARGE pen.

anyone have a tip on how to procure (or otherwise get ahold of) turkey eggs?

Also, if I have a six foot high fence, can I keep them in? CLip wings? How securely do they need to be penned in? I'd like to give them a lot of room to forage. I am even sowing some crops for them (extra peas, clover, etc.)
