Rico and Avery are being much too rough on the 1 month old babies. They are fine with the goose and the ducks their age. They are people friendly and come running when we go out in the backyard with them. They will eat out of our hands. They don't like to be held, but don't struggle terribly when caught. We walk them to the lake every day, they don't like to go too far away from us. They are basically trained to come back when we shake the bag of mealworms. They are great foragers and have been keeping the yard and garden clear of pests, even a mouse or 2. The kids and I prefer they go as pets, rather than dinner. They are 5 months old, I got them from Metzer farms this Spring. I am about 100 miles north of Green Bay, Wi.
