2 hens and a cockeral??? and Qu about mating

What to you think...my three bantam chicksQ

..if one of them is a cockeral and i decide to keep him...would he eventually mate with his sisters and mother, and if so, does that make a difference if they decide to hatch eggs in the future

Yes, he would breed with them. I don't know about the consequences of that breeding. I'm sure some of the others will happily post along those lines.
