FOUND A HOME!
Hey! I have 2 ISA Browns I would like to re-home. They are 1 year, healthy and daily layers even through the winter. Full disclosure. They are middle of the flock girls. Respect the higher hens (even stay away from mama hen and chicks!) but run off lower hens when they don't want to share. They've never pulled a feather, drawn blood, started a fight or anything even close, just a firm peck and the others leave. Great foragers! Very personable and friendly towards people. Only thing is they must go together. I think the company/familiarity would be good seeing as they would now be bottom of the flock. Only looking to re home because of my personal issues with even slight pecking, which I know is ridiculous. Lol You are welcome to come see them first and decide.
These girls are not for meat!! We would do that ourselves if they were mean enough! We would like an update once settled in to be sure of this.
