2 many drakes

i got 3 welsh harlequins and of course 2 of them are drakes. my 3 welshies get along great but the 2 drakes team up and pick on all my other ducks. I know i need to get rid of one.
One of them is definitely the more dominant one and the other one is more of a follower. Would it make more sense to get rid of the dominant drake or the follower drake?

if you have other ducks that are males i would keep the follower but if you have no other drakes then a more dominant male would be a better choice to keep so you have one to control the rest of the flock
