2 Month Old's Butt Feathers Picked Off! Can I use Spray On Neosporin?

Hi,
I heard some screaming from my birds today and saw that some of my EE's butt feathers are gone and there is a raw spot. SHe is 2 months old. I have a spray on bottle of Neosporin. It does not say it contains pain killer. It does contain Benzalkonium- whatever that is. Is it safe to use?

I used the Neosporin, and put her inside, but now she won't stop calling for her friends! I feel bad, but if I put someone with her, they might pick her too. Will she stop yelling? How long do feathers take to grow back? Please help!
