2 out of 7 hatched so far... what does this mean?

i have a jersey giant hen and she has 2 chicks. one hatched about 3 or 4 hours after the first. but here are 7 eggs in all. with the remaining 5 hatch? she is an amazing mother. she puffs up and extends her arms to make a wall so i cant see the chicks. ad se showed them how to eat feed today.

They will most probably hatch, but only time will tell. Best not to disturb her,
