I have 2 buff ORP roosters who are very active in servicing my(or their) 6 hens(2 buff ORP, 2 AMER, 2 Red SL). One is clearly more dominant but both will assist the other while servicing. They roost, and run together. They don't seem to fight each other but rough treatment on the girls is showing in the form of worn feathers(bald spots) on the lower backs of a couple hens. Is this acceptable? Any ideas?

Based on what you said, one of your roos isn't living a happy life. In order to help the feathering problem IMO I would raise the hen count per roo to about 8-12

In the long run you are going to end up with hens that are overmated. This can stress the hens out and stess can cause a decrease in egg laying and unhappy hens.
Two roosters, no matter how well they get along is just one too many for six hens.
