My husband and I recently rescued 3 chickens from a house that they were at that was abandoned. No one was caring for the chickens so we decided to take them in. Later to find out we have 2 roosters and 1 hen. We are in the process of trying to get more hens but a lot of our local feed stores are
We really need to find a home for these 2 roosters as we don’t have a ton of room to separate them and clearly don’t have enough hens for the rooster ratio we have.
