2 week baby chick- balding neck.. is this normal?

My chicks neck is red and bald on the right side, is this normal?

Can you post more photos of this chick (all of her) along with the others and your brooder setup?
How warm is your brooder on the warm and cold side?

I don't see anything alarming in the photo at this time.
 
The brooder plate is fine on top, not hot. The bottom though does feel quite warm to me. Too hot to keep my fingers on there more than few seconds. The rest of them look ok.

Shes a wyandotte. If its pecking idk if shes doing to herself or another chick. Do you think it could be boredom or pecking order?
 
Yes she lays down much more than the others. I got her at tractor supply. I figured she was a white wyandotte but I've never had one before so i dont really know. They seem to be growing quite fast
