2 week old chick shaking head

Our 2 week old chick keeps shaking her head like something is tickling her nose or in her nose. She's been on vitamins and electrolytes since we got her and others; they eat fermented food once a day as well (not sure if that causes her poop to look like this). She is acting completely normal outside of shaking her head, she's been in the brooder. I was holding her and she pooped, this is what it looks like, is this normal? It kind of looks a little slimy to me in one area. Thank you, I hope she is okay.
