Welcome to BYC.
Can you post some photos or a video of her?
Does she even struggle or attempt to get up and walk?
What position are her legs in when she is lying down?
What type of electolyte (
antibiotic) additive is this - brand?
Are you feeding chick starter?
Could be a neurological/developmental disorder or possibly a vitamin B2 (riboflavin) deficiency. Check you solution that you are giving her to make sure it has B vitamins, other wise you can use a human B-Complex tablet which has all the B vitamins.
The "red tinge" stool is a bit concerning, it could be Cocci or intestinal shedding. Cocci can cause weakness, lethargy, puffing up, not eating, loss of balance and diarrhea with mucus or blood and is treated with Corid in the water for 5 days.
