2 week old yellow golden pheasant falling over

This little guy keeps his down and falls over often. He was flopping around with his head tucked in his belly. This has been going on for 4 days, I forced vitamins and he got better but head still down and falls periodically. Final thoughts he is strong as an ox for a chick

Did he hatch early mine did that for like 2 days because it was a bit early. I just made sure it was warm and was sleeping comfortably .

No, 23 days I let him try to get out of the egg on his own for like 2 days. I helped and he pooped right out. 10 days old now started on day 6

You could continue treating it with vitamin E and B complex, or give the vitamins you were using. Offer feed and water often. It sounds a bit like wry neck which can be neurological, and may be related to his trouble hatching.

Sounds like it may have wry neck and as @Eggcessive , has stated, most likely due to the difficulties in hatching.
Wry neck in pheasants seems to be different from wry neck in chickens....I have never been able to treat wry neck in pheasants successfully and I have tried every remedy that has been used by others to treat wry neck but as mention continue with the vitamins... it may work for you!

Thanks for the reply, it dose seem difficult for sure, I get him back after supplements, seems ok but only looks down, but runs around with energy even not sickly at all. 6 hrs later flopping around Repet I don’t want to over do vitamins
