I noticed she has a bare belly and under her wings. Is this normal or is something wrong?

This is relatively normal as long as you can't see any mites on her. Baby chicks do be nakey sometimes. (That's why they need a source of warmth: brooder, heat lamp, mother hen)
 
Thank you...there's only 2..I hatched them myself. They do both look like that.

Can you actually see the mites?
You can see certain types of mites, they typically look like tiny little black dots that move across your chicken's skin. If your chicks have not been outside yet then they should be safe c: (even if they have been outside it's not likely they contracted mites.)
