2 weeks since I switched to flock raiser

Hi all! I had a Cornish cross I inherited die of egg bound being new to chickens this shocked me to come home one day after working in the prison I look forward to feeding the happy chickens! The chickens were being fed corn/layer feed ...
Mary and a few other recommendations of flock raiser have added color to the flock and life! I also fed some tums for calcium boost and electrolytes the girls are flourishing now and loosing weight even running a bit! I know the Cornish hens should be eaten I’m just not that hungry..yet... anyway thanks to all who added input and helped a new chicken owner !

You do have oyster shell out there for them in a separate feeder, right?

Yes I put a handful of grit and a handful of oyster shell separate in a trough they can graze on! Thank you much!
