We have 3 babies one of them is a Barred Rock and I think she is sick with something and I would love advice on what it might be and how to treat.

This started a few days ago. She is still eating/drinking water fine. The other chicks seem fine. There are no other symptoms other than she has had to have regular pasting's when the other 2 chicks have not. Their brooder has pine shavings in it and I have been adding Electrolytes and Probiotics to their water from day 1. They are on medicated feed. Brooder temp is 85 degrees.

She will sometimes chirp a "regular" chirp such as when I reach in to pick her up to do her pasting, but other than that when she chirps it just sounds congested or sometimes no noise comes out at all.

Are her nostrils or eyes overly wet, or bubbly?
Some people have stated that pine or cedar bedding can cause respiratory problems, but unless you've noticed extreme dust I wouldn't say that's the problem, and it would probably affect all the chicks.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but I'll bump this up so somebody more experienced hopefully will see it.
