2 wk old wry neck/neurological issue?

I have two 2 week old frizzle Cochins, who we’re doing just fine until this morning. One this morning all of a sudden started walking backwards with its head down, spinning around and flipping on its back. Seems to come in waves/episodes, but otherwise she or he is drinking, eating, running around trying to play… but I feel so bad for the poor thing when it happens because it literally is scary and I don’t want it to hurt itself! I started rooster booster right away as soon as I saw it, and have been just keeping her in warm blanky and holding him or her when it gets bad to help keep it still during an episode. What else can I do!

Link below on wry neck. Not sure if rooster booster has enough of the right vitamins, I would give a plain vitamin E capsule, with a tiny bit of selenium, to make sure it's getting enough.
