20 week old hens..no eggs..do they look ready to all you experienced owners!!

I have 2 white leghorns and 4 BO's that are all 20 weeks old...Not laying yet. On layer feed, have plenty of light, have oyster shell...help me!!

Most chickens will begin to lay at about 20 weeks, but they lay when they are ready. Of my numerous flocks over 19 years, I always had one or two lay at 19-20 weeks, but that left 10 or more NOT laying until a few weeks later. Chickens are not machines. If conditions are right, they will lay soon. Patience!
 
Like Cindy said ... "Patience"! :)

My first batch of chickens are almost 21 weeks and so far the only 4 that are laying are my "red pullets". None of my BO's are laying yet, but I know they will eventually. :)
 
ok thank you...I am being patient but also concerned that something was wrong...
