20 week old pullet sick

My 20 1/2 week old hen seems sick. She has a paler face and comb then normal and seems lethargic. I’m not quite sure what is relevant so I’m just going to add more information.

• Seems to be eating
• Haven’t seen her poop since she got sick, will update with a picture when I can
• We do use a diatomaceous earth / water mixture to kind of paint the walls and roosts if the house to keep pests out
• Was given the fowl pox vaccine 2-3 weeks ago
• Last treated with corid about 6 weeks ago
• Crop seemed empty early this morning but she is eating
• Belly doesn’t feel overly hard no watery
• Has not laid first egg yet
• We feed the chickens all flock with oyster shell on the side since we have roosters and 2 geese. She does occasionally eat the goose food.

Right now she is in a small crate with water with a little hydro hen. Also gave her a mix of scrambled eggs with one crush tum in case she is trying to lay.
