I'm just trying to fool myself into thinking that I am going to get a break and be able to relax.

The Ohio National went by so fast, I didn't really get to walk the MGB row to look at birds. Crazy. Can't wait to see the Mods at Shawnee--I'd really like to have a conversation with someone about breeding blues.

I will be heading there on Friday!

Washing birds until then. I'm only taking 5 birds...but I'm hoping to buy some good Langshans and possibly some good setters. Anyone want to meet up with me and my fiance? We'll be all over the place, but mainly hanging around the Langshan/Asiatic area.

Heading out Thursday morning from Florida and going as far as Nashville. Picking up another silkie breeder and heading out Friday morning for Shawnee. See everyone there.

We aren't showing anything but can't wait to see all the gorgeous silkies...especially the lavenders!!

It is supposed to get cold here on Saturday but we are not supposed to get any snow or ice.
Temps are supposed to get in the 50's before the front blows through and it gets cold.
Wind chills in the teens for late Saturday and Sunday,
Of course all of that can change in a day.

I'll bring the sunshine but we had a record low here last night of 23 degrees...and it is supposed to be sub=freezing at night for the next week!! I may have to come there to warm up!!
