I had that happen to me a couple of years ago. In the order confirmation email, you can hit reply and let @DuckLady know that you didn't receive your calendar. Don't worry. She was really good about it with me and sent me another one right away.

(I still don't know where my first calendar went to. My guess is a neighbor got it, as that happens a lot in my neighborhood. Hopefully they hung it up on their wall and didn't throw it away when they realized it had the wrong address on it.)
