21$coop 1st time chicken farmer lol

My coop is 12x12 has used wooden garage doorS as one wall with 1x6 cherry boards on other side wall. Has tin on top and sits back in bay shed. Putting down coal mine belt on the inside to prevent predators and easy clean up. Haven't put anything in the inside yet. Have electric inside just a work in process. Any input is appreciated. I'm getting chicks in mail. Getting 6new hamp Reds 8 barred rocks and 10 Cornish x hens. Haven't built boxes or roosts yet.

All I've bought is 21$worth of screws lol looked around a lot for wood and found a bunch of free wood
