21 Eggs - No hens setting

I have 21 eggs sitting in a nest for about 3 week and none of my hens will sit. I want babies!!!! Any ideas or suggestions?

Some of those eggs may not be any good (too Old) 10 days is about the max I keep any.
You may want to invest in an incubator. You can also mark the eggs you have and spread them out , a few in each nest.
This will encourage better laying and Hens need to lay some eggs before they set. When one sets stick all the fresh eggs you have (10 days old or less) under her. Take out the old eggs. Oh if you keep eggs back to set don't refrigerate below 45
