21 week Brahma...laying?

One of my Buff Brahmas has been sitting in the coop all day, in one of the corners panting. Is it possible she is getting ready to lay? She ate and drank yesterday and came out of the coop a few times today. No wobbling, nothing seems to be off. I wonder if she is too big to get to the nesting boxes as she typically roosts on the bottom rung of ladder-style roost.

She definitely looks ready to lay. My pullets sometimes pace around when they are getting ready to lay.
