22 Week Old Hen with White/Discoloration on Comb

I have a 22 (this coming Wednesday) with a white discoloration on her comb, with a bit of black. My immediate thought was it looks like it has been pecked on. But I'm not sure. This is the one of five, that has the largest comb. None of the others are nearly this far along with their comb growth.

Any thoughts on what it is, and advice for what I should do about it?

Not an expert, but what I think I'm seeing is multiple "spots" close together, with a new one (the tiny yellowish bump) coming in as well. I'd be looking up fowl pox to see if other pictures match yours.
