I can finally say "Here's my first egg!" No idea who laid it, but I'm sooooo happy! I know you all can relate. Now my question is, she laid it in the run, how do I get whoever to lay in the nest boxes

Yay! you may try to put decoy eggs in the nesting boxes. Maybe delay letting them out into the run, if egg laying happened in the morning. They tend to habitual and prefer laying in the same place, but she may need some coaxing.
