I have 2 khaki Campbell girls that are hitting 23 weeks & have still not layed an egg. Is there anything I can do to make them lay faster? More light maybe?

Just wait it out. If they free range, maybe you just aren't finding them. Mine were a little >20 weeks when they started/

Mine hit 22 weeks on Monday and started laying at 21weeks 6 days. However, I have 5 ducks and only 2 eggs so I'm guessing 3 (now approaching 23 weeks) are not laying based on the egg coloring. You really have until 25 weeks until real worry would begin. If you're in North America and they get sun, they should be fine, it's daylight and not shade that is important. In fact, given the insane heat lately, the stress on all animals has been pretty high.

Just make sure you're giving them plenty of fresh water, good layer-pellet food and keeping an eye out for the eggs. So far the eggs I have found have been near their pond, so nose around their water source, and you may find something.
