24 eggs not hatching day 22

I’ve had six of mine hatch, one of the 24 is dead, in the egg. The temp went a bit under 100 but the RH has stayed stable. Help?

bad hatches happen, it can be alot of factors .. first and foremost in my experience is just starting with fertile, fresh eggs that are handled with care .. but if you got 6, thats six little bundles of joy and not a lose ..

Some have pipped but made no progress, what should I do?
