29 cornish x's going to butcher monday ??

I have 29 x's going to freezer camp on monday. They are charging $2.05 a bird whole. I think that seems like a fair price. I am having a problem visualizing how many coolers or those plastic storage containers with ice to take to hold them all. They will be bagged and ready for freezer when He's done. My plan is to keep them cool for 24 hrs on ice and in the fridge with them still in the bag. Is this a good idea with them in the bag, will the rigor mortis still be there and make them tough? Then freezing after 24 hours. Any suggestions would be great.

I vacuum pack my birds and let them stay overnight in the fridge. Then put them right in the freezer. Works for me.
