29th day - odd air cell

Hello! This is my first time hatching ducks, and I can't help but notice that one of them has the weirdest air cell. It's horizontal, and takes up almost half the egg. It's still alive, but hasn't pipped yet (all the others, save one with a normal air cell but I'm not too worried about it, have done so), so I'm a bit curious about how I should continue. Should I make a hole for the duckling to pip through, or just leave it be and hope for the best? Here's an image. Thanks!

Sorry, I don't have any experience with duck eggs. But you may want to post over in the duck forum also. Maybe able to get more direct info.
