2nd hen going broody 10 days after the first

Hi all, we had a hen start setting about 10 days ago. We were going to let her set on 6 eggs ( but I ended up letting her have 8) now another hen decided to set as well. Eight chicks is already at the limit, can I give the new hen 4 of the existing eggs? Will she be ok only setting for two weeks? Please share some experiences with me, thanks

Yes, she should be fine... Hens cant tell time but you want them to be full broody for at least a couple weeks before introducing chicks or ready to hatch chicks... Make sure you do it at night ( I always do anything I need with a broody when its fully dark)..
