2yo hen molting...forever?

100% chick feed is probably better for the time being.

Can you let your chickens free range (under supervision) for 1-2 hours each day? That way the can find the herbs and other food they need. The stress levels go down. And if you don’t know what the problem is, it can help tremendously.

Please post a few pics of your setup (coop and run).
What bedding do you use?

My chick feed on hand is medicated with amprolium - is that fine?

I do let them free range when I come out to do chores or work in the yard, usually about 1.5 hrs total every day. They eat big cicadas, grasshoppers, and pesky weeds with great enthusiasm, so whatever is ailing them thankfully doesn't stop that.

Here are photos of coop/run. The setup may look small, but I believe it meets sq footage requirements for my 2 birds, and there's plenty of fresh air in the run. The extra run/coop on the side is a very recent build for my bantam pullets, and there is no access from one run to the other.
I use pine shavings for bedding in the coop.

No idea. They don’t sell medicated feed where i live.

Your setup looks okay if the chickens can free range too. More dpace is always better of course. ;)
Maybe give them some extras like fine cut grass, herbs and fruits for fresh vitamins. Or try to let them free range a bit longe in a lush green environment.

Can they take a sandbath somewhere too? This is important for their skin and feathers.

Maybe they just need a couple of weeks to recover with the chick feed they have now. Put some otster shell and grit in a little bowl they can eat if needed. Variation a

I hope you're right about the chick feed doing good things for them.
I do have grit and oyster shell available - those are the small gray and white trays tied to the side door, pictured in photo 2. I did have a sand bucket for a dust bath (that is the round black bucket sitting on the outside of the run). They never used it and just dustbathe in the dirt of their run, so I took the bucket out.
