3&4 Roo or hen?

Hello, I just need some help. I post all 4 because they are all the same age roughly around 20 weeks. The first two are definitely Roosters. They definitely are not quiet anymore . The third one I am questioning if it’s a roo/pullet. I’m assuming roo just hasn’t crowed yet. The last one the rooster want to “mate” as it is the smallest in the group. The other hens we have are still a little bigger than these roos. Any guesses? Just wondering about 3 and 4

1, 2, 3 are all cockerels. I'm uncertain about 4 (a better profile picture would help) but lean pullet.

Looks like a pullet to me.

I assumed because of the wattle and comb on the third. And the way he was trying to square up on me this morning when I was in their coop. When he was a tad younger he full on grabbed my finger. That one is going to be my problem child

The one in the last picture is your only female. All the others are males.
