3.5 lb gosling dosage poultry cell?

frankie legs have been getting worse instead of better he’s 30 days old now and I’ve been giving him liquid bcomplex every day since the start plus nutritional yeast on his duck and Gossling mannapro feed , I gave him vitamin E two days in a row and he got diarrhea so I stopped that, I want to try poultry cell. I’m thinking at least one ML can I give him more than that? Should I continue the liquid b along with the poultry cell?

Try 2cc and go down to 1 if he gets nausea.
