3.5 week old duckling spitting/throwing up? Help!!

My duckling just spat up a decent amount of water twice in like a 5 minute period and then spit up watery food once. He didn't really throw it up because he wasn't heaving or anything. Also, he wasn't acting any different at all. He hasn't spat up anything since but I'm super worried. Is this normal? What could have caused it??

Im new to ducks mine are 7 weeks.old.now but i noticed this too , it didnt seem like actual puking more.like involuntarily dribbling of water/softened food. I worried at first and immediatley picked the duckling up but i was acting fine and then i noticed they all do it.occasionally. My guess was when they take a drink right after they tilt thier heads up to make the water go down and if it doesnt fo down all the way before putting thier head in a neutral position the water/food dribbles out again. I just notice one of my goslings did it the other day. They are all fine. I dont know if your case is more severe but thats my insight on it.
