3 and a half week old chick acting odd.

My little white Silky is doing something odd... Every-time I pick her up to handle her, she takes her head and sticks it between her legs, then rubs her beak back and forth...
Its almost like she is hiding? Is this something i should be concerned about? Or is this just a quirk of hers?

One of my Silkies and one of my Orps do this. Being a newbie, I am assuming they are just scared. But Im hopping on your thread just to see what people say.

I'm no expert but maybe she has some itch down there or maybe she just doesn't like you?

Is she the only one? I think its probably just a quirk. Mine have quirks like that. One looks at you all funny like (like: o no u didnt!) . Another rubs her beak on the edge of the brooder. One's obsessed with mealworms... Cute!
