i was on vacation last week and two 4 and haft mouth old Plymouth rocks died two days apart. I thought it was heat Exhaustion. One other was pale and comb was falling over. I add ice to the water and gave Electrolytes and they all seems happier and the chicken I was worried about look better. Yesterday our favorite chicken Ducky Momo wasn’t walking around a lot and was blinking quite a bit. I thought she just had dust in her eye. She was drinking and eating and moved Fine when I Encourage her. This morning she is Died. The one that has been getting better was laying on the ground and won’t move. She blinks and lift her head slight but can’t held her self up. She is driving and don’t have a fever. The other seem fine for now but i’m Getting worried.
She is currently sleeping on my lap but I don’t know how to help her?

First of all, do you know if she's actually sleeping? Sorry, I don't mean to be rude but that would be really aweful if she weren't. It might be from Mareks disease. You said they were laying on the ground and barely lifting their heads?

Yes, she is I keep waking up to check witch I feel bad about but I so worried she isen’t going to wake up. Just this chicken. The first two just acted hot and the tried just was a little lazy acting but not like this one.

I wasn’t here when they died but I don’t think so. I believe they were all moving. This one is acting for weak but can move, she don’t seem Paralyze.

At 4.5 months old coccidiosis is always a possibility. Lethargy, sitting fluffed up, going off feed and water, runny or mucosy or bloody droppings are all symptoms. It's very common in chickens, especially young ones. Where are you, can you get Corid? Treatment is safe and I would go ahead and do it.

Ok well maybe not Mareks then. I thought I knew another illness but it was the wrong one. I'm so sorry! You could ask a more advanced person like @KikisGirls or @casportpony . I haven't been on BYC very long but I have raised chickens for a while. But I still don't know everything so ask one of them

Where are you located, generally? What are you feeding them? Did they EVER run out of water? What is your daily temperature? Do they have shade available ALL THE TIME? What do you put their feed and water in? HOw many birds do you have? What is the exact size of your coop and run? Give dimensions for each L x W x H.
