3 day old chick not eating or drinking

I have a 3 day old chick that isn't eating or drinking and it just stands around with its wings and head dropping all the other chicks are running around eating and drinking abd even scratching but this one just stands under the heat :/ I checked its bottom and it had a little poop there that I cleaned off and I saw it poop. what can i do for it? do i need to go buy antibiotics or something? they weren't shipped and I'm feeding chick starter un medicated

sometimes i give them a little kick start with some sugar in their warm water. a couple teaspoons in the one qt. waterer. they love it and its quick energy. sometimes enough to get them started. dip his beak in it a few times

Poultry Nutri-Drench is what I've used to get 2-3 day old chicks active and eating. Most all feed stores carry it and TSC does. One drop orally a few times a day should help. Make sure the temperature is 90-95 degrees in the brooder. Sometimes smaller or weaker chicks get pushed away from feed and water if there isn't enough feed and water space available. Make sure all that is sorted out.
