3 day old won’t eat

My last chick hatched 3 days ago but it is weak and not really growing it only eats if I offer wet weetbix from a spoon
Any ideas why or how to fix this

Hello! That’s strange, usually by day three they start to need food. Is the chick smaller than normal? You could try feeding it wet chick food via syringe until it gets strong enough and starts eating on it’s own. Does the chick have siblings? If so, do they eat and act like normal?
