3 eggs 1 hatch 2 no action

Today is day 22 for my eggs in the incubator. We start with 7 eggs we are left with 2 australorps and 1 easter egger. One australorp peeped 9am on 10/14 and hatched today 10/15 at 2:17pm. There have been no action with the other 2 chickens.

Should I remove the hatched chick while waiting for the others to hatch or leave it in the incubator?

If there is no pipping in other eggs, you can remove the chick, but do it very quickly!!

i would leave it in for a bit longer. it can help coex the other 2 out with its moving and cherping
