I have 3 mama's that have hatched out their babies. They are all in one coop. The hens pick on the chicks that are not their own. One baby has died which could have been from pecking but I don't know for sure. Keeping them separate is difficult so I am looking for options. I have a small coop (where they are now) and a large coop with 12 other hens. Should I remove all three hens and put in a brinsea electric hen or put all of the babies with one hen at night time in the hopes that by morning, she will accept them all? Thanks!
