3 mo old pekin can't walk stand or swim

my Peking started showing signs fir day she had no balance. Took her to vet yesterday, thorough exam, wings good legs good etc.
They think inner ear infection, she gets 1 oral a day and 1 shot a day. I thought she would show signs of improvement, but no.
Yesterday she could swim and balance in a corner today she just falls on her side in and out of the water, HELP PLEASE
