3 month old chicken with hard belly?!

Hello guys i need some help/advice. I have this 3 month old chicken i think that she is a female and last week i saw that she was a little bit skinny than others. When i pick her up her belly was hard and her cloak didn't move like on other chickens. She is eating well i gave her a bath(after the bath her cloak started to move to this day)and i give her every day an olive oil with syringe. I saw that she wanted to go potty but i didn't see any of poop. I also give to my whole coop dewormer. Yesterday i saw her poop but was little, not big as others. Can you give me some advice what can i do?

Is she any where close to laying, say closer to 4 or 5 months old? Could she be constipated or have a tumor in her abdomen? I would use a disposable glove with some oil, and insert a small finger 1 inch into the vent to feel for an obstruction. Could you be feeling her gizzard?

She was born at the beginning of February. Is it possible that this little chicken can lay eggs at this age?
I will try to inster small finger i will keep you update. Im scared to squeeze hard her belly

Yes, she is too young to lay eggs. They are more likely to lay eggs when they are 18-20 weeks old. The blood is concerning from her vent. Do you think the QTip caused that? The second dropping looks fairly normal. Has she been eating and drinking normally today, or has she started acting lethargic or sleepy? What is your location? Do you have Corid or amprollium, or coxoid to treat for possible coccidiosis? If you see more blood, or she is not eating and lethargic, I would treat for possible coccidiosis.

Yes this blood is form Qtip i am 100% sure. She wants to poop but i dont see anything coming out of her. She eats normally i didnt see her drinking, i isolate her from other(but i am so sad that she needs to be here alone)

Did you lubricate the QTip with oil? Why is she separated from the others? If you see more bloody mucus or she is not drinking, I would treat her and other for coccidiosis. Corid is what we use here, but amprollium may be called something else where you live,

Yes i did put a lot of vaselin. I separated her right now because i put her under the light to kerp her warm. She can not play like others they are too more active. I put her under the light and i will see if she will get worse then i will need put her to sleep. Here in my country are vets very expensive and they told me a long time ago that there is not medicine for cocci. But if they have this medicine he can not give it to me because of the rules of the country. I dont know to describe it.I hope you understand me

How warm is the temperature? Getting too warm may cause constipation. Is she drinking a normal amount of water? I understand your problems with getting medicine. Amprollium is usually the most common medicine used for treatment and usually requires no prescription, except in some countries. Sulfa antibiotics and toltrazuril are other drugs, and the antibiotics do require a vet prescription. I hope that she survives. Let us know how she gets along.
