Was sure it's a pullet, now I'm head scratching

How old is it? Is its comb growing faster than the other birds, if there are any? Is its comb bright red, and is its tail feathers growing longer? Hard to tell:/

Three months old, so 12 weeks
Comb just started darkening, but I don't think I see and pointy neck or tail feathers....

what is it a mix of? My OE's if they have that much color on the neck are boys. But it will depend on color genetics.
