3 months old Peachick died

I had two Indian blue peachicks. They hatched this season they were now 3 months old one of them is a male and one was a female. The feamale died tomorrow night when I opened the coop she was no more yesterday she was all fine eating and playing in the soil healthy and active. When I performed incisions on her belly blood started to flow out . Then I took out intestines out of her belly and saw the liver had a huge blood clot around it and it was torn a bit please help me find out about it . Was it a disease or she swollowed something poisonous there were no marks of snake bite or something else on her whole body .

So sorry for your loss. The only thing that comes to mind is something called fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome, but three months old might be too young for this.
