3 rescue kittens! Scabbed nose?

A family member found these kittens abandoned under her house. I noticed the one smallest one has some hard scabs on his nose? He also seems a bit weak but I guess that's normal. Should I put something on it? They all have fleas SUPER BAD and are covered in dirt. It almost seems like one is from a different mama and get adopted cause she looks completely different than the other 2 and shes much bigger. I think there is one Male but he's so dirty on his belly area I can't even tell right now. Taking them home to feed them some goats milk and give them a much needed bath! I will be raising them to 8 weeks and rehoming them. (I'm in Polk City, FL if your interested)

Get them to a get first thing in the morning.
Fleas carry tapeworms which are deadly to kittens.

Even worse than tapes is the anemia that fleas can cause. get those fleas off of them ASAP.

Some kittens are so anemic that a blood transfusion is necessary!
