i have to re home my 5 chickens. Please somebody that will care for them and not cook them. I hatched them from eggs. They are my backyard chickens. I have a situation that forced me to move from a house to condo. I can not bring them. I just dont want to give them to random people that will not care but will cook them instead.

I’m not allowed to keep roosters where I live. I was asking for location as it will help others.

This season is not very good involving rehoming/selling chickens. Springtime is the best market. You might have a difficult time removing them. I recommend posting them on a Facebook chicken selling group near you. Good luck!
