3 week old acting strange

So I just installed a heat lamp today cause it just got cold in the south and my white Orpington was fine the whole day, eatting, playing but now I go and check on her and she is not that responsive. Almost like she wants to sleep but the others are too hyper. Is this normal? She will drift in and out of sleep and just stand their.... her breathing looks normal and no poopy butt. She ate earlier and just drank.

How warm is it under the heat lamp? How warm was it before the lamp?
