3 week old and 3 day old...introduction or wait?

Hi, I have 3 week old chicks and just got a 3 day old. How should I handle the merging of the new chick with the others, or should I keep them separate for now?

That's a pretty big size difference, especially since there is only one 3 day old. If it were me, I'd get a couple same age buddies for the 3 day old and keep them separate until they are a little older/bigger.

I have a similar situation. Mine are also different ages. but, they aren't that far off in size. I'm starting to integrate a little while holding them. So far, they are doing really great. I also think the older ones help to teach the younger ones to eat. If there is no mama to do it. IMHO

Well, I put them all together and everything is fine so far. Waiting for the buff to take over as the mama I have pretty mellow girls thankfully.
