3 week old buff orpington

my buff orpington started doing something new 2 days ago......she is 3 weeks old yesterday. comes straight to me when I put my hand in the brooder and likes to be held...she walks up and down my arms. none of that is new. the new thing is that she opens her mouth and sticks her head out...no noise. looks like a rooster crowing but she is only 3 weeks old. should I stop calling her 'she' or is it too soon to tell? I tried to catch this behavior on video but of course as soon as I got the camera ready she stopped doing it.

I don't see any rooster signs in your photos, but is much too early. You have a cute cuddle bug!

2 of my chicks did that. One turned out to be a boy and the other a girl so I don't think sex has anything to do with it.
